Jackson C. Sewell, III, is the Director of Investments at Old Harbour Partners (OHP). Drawing on an extensive background in construction and development, he has played a key role in numerous large industrial and multifamily projects across South Florida. In his capacity at OHP, Jackson focuses on due diligence and underwriting prospective investment opportunities.Additionally, coordinating with joint venture and Private Capital partners. His unique multi-disciplinary and entrepreneurial approach is evident as he currently leads the underwriting efforts for Retail, Multifamily, and Industrial pursuits within the sunbelt states on behalf of Old Harbour Partners and its sponsors.

Prior to joining OHP, Jackson served as an associate with the Johnston Group, a commercial real estate brokerage, and development firm based in Jupiter, FL. During his tenure at Johnston Group, he assisted clients with property acquisitions and collaborated with municipalities on entitlements and site plan approval for luxury townhome developments. Before that, as a Project Engineer with MJD Construction Services, Inc., a general contractor based in Palm City, FL, Jackson played a crucial role in overseeing the construction of multiple large industrial projects and contributed to the management of over 1 million square feet of space for several national tenants within Sands Commerce Center.

Born and raised in Palm City, Florida, Jackson is a member of the Sewell Family, a legacy within Martin County circles. He earned his bachelor’s degree in integrated business from the University of Central Florida (UCF) andis currently pursuing a master’s in real estate development at Auburn University. Jackson is an active member of professional organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, ICSC, andFL CCIM Chapter. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jackson enjoys golf, fishing,hunting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
