Steven C. Nicklaus II

Steven C. Nicklaus II is currently a part of our team as an analyst. At OHP his focus is assisting in underwriting potential new investment opportunities using various models and providing ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposals and summaries, purchase reviews, and financial analysis.  He currently is underwriting Retail, Multifamily, and Industrial pursuits within the sunbelt states on behalf of Old Harbour Partners, and it's Sponsors.

Steven was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. He recently graduated from Florida State University and received a BS in Global Club Management and minors in Hospitality and Commercial Entrepreneurship. He is currently a member of the NAIOP and CCIM Chapter.

Prior to OHP, Steven had been an acquisitions and development Intern in Hoboken, New Jersey under U.S Construction. While there he analyzed Multi-family value-add as well as evaluated potential commercial real estate investment opportunities through valuations and risk management calculations. He most recently was a Dining Room Manager at Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Pines, Colorado.

Steven is a licensed Real Estate Sales person in Florida and participates in charitable initiatives including Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation. In his free time, Steven enjoys golfing, traveling, and fishing as well as spending quality time with his friends & family.
