Grace Pharr serves as Investor Relations Manager at Old Harbour Partners, where she is responsible for overseeing investor communications, reporting, and operational execution across the firm’s family-office-backed real estate investment platform.
At OHP, Grace acts as the primary point of contact for investors and capital partners, helping ensure a consistent, professional, and transparent investor experience. Her responsibilities include managing investor communications and reporting cycles, coordinating with sponsor partners and accounting teams, maintaining accurate investor records within Juniper Square, and supporting capital call, distribution, and documentation processes across OHP’s investment vehicles. Grace plays a key role in maintaining clean systems, disciplined reporting, and repeatable processes that support OHP’s long-term growth and institutional standards.
Prior to joining Old Harbour Partners, Grace worked at Bragg Financial Advisors, where she was part of the Client Experience team supporting high-net-worth individuals and advisory teams. In that role, she served as a frontline contact for clients, managed complex meeting execution, supported custodial and operational workflows, and assisted with reporting, documentation, and compliance-related processes. Her experience includes coordinating time-sensitive client requests, maintaining detailed records, and supporting operational accuracy across multiple systems all within a highly confidential, relationship-driven environment.
Grace is known for her calm, detail-oriented approach, polished communication style, and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex workflows. She brings a strong service mindset and operational discipline to OHP’s investor platform, helping ensure investors feel informed, supported, and confident in the firm’s execution.
Grace is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and studied Psychology at Appalachian State University. She is actively involved as a volunteer with the Humane Society of Charlotte and the Charlotte nonprofit Freedom School Partners. Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, and exploring new restaurants.
