Jack Nicklaus III is a founding member of Old Harbour Partners and has established relationships with corporate groups, developers, family offices, and private clients. Focusing on acquisition, development, and joint venture, Jack is responsible for managing business development of OHP’s Co-GP and LP-GP investment opportunities across multiple asset classes with best-in-class sponsors. Nicklaus is currently working considerable engagements in sunbelt trade areas.
Prior to OHP, Jack acted as Principal for Gale International, a real estate development firm based in New York City. During his tenure, he played an integral role in the continuing development of Songdo International Business District, a master-planned city in Incheon, South Korea. While in this role, Jack also assisted in the successful build-out and sales campaign for 21W20, a luxury residential development in Manhattan’s Flatiron District.
Jack was born and raised in North Palm Beach, Florida. He received a BS in Business Management from Florida State University, with a minor in Hospitality Management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, NAIOP, FL CCIM Chapter, and FSU Real Estate Society.
Jack is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and participates in several charitable initiatives including Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
In his free time, Jack enjoys golfing, boating, traveling, and spending time with his black Labrador retriever, Ham.
