Jackson C. Sewell, III, is the Director of Investments atOld Harbour Partners (OHP). Drawing on an extensive background in constructionand development, he has played a key role in numerous large industrial andmultifamily projects across South Florida. In his capacity at OHP, Jacksonfocuses on due diligence and underwriting prospective investment opportunities.Additionally, coordinating with joint venture and Private Capital partners. Hisunique multi-disciplinary and entrepreneurial approach is evident as hecurrently leads the underwriting efforts for Retail, Multifamily, andIndustrial pursuits within the sunbelt states on behalf of Old Harbour Partnersand its sponsors.

Prior to joining OHP, Jackson served as an associate withthe Johnston Group, a commercial real estate brokerage, and development firmbased in Jupiter, FL. During his tenure at Johnston Group, he assisted clientswith property acquisitions and collaborated with municipalities on entitlementsand site plan approval for luxury townhome developments. Before that, as aProject Engineer with MJD Construction Services, Inc., a general contractorbased in Palm City, FL, Jackson played a crucial role in overseeing theconstruction of multiple large industrial projects and contributed to themanagement of over 1 million square feet of space for several national tenantswithin Sands Commerce Center.

Born and raised in Palm City, Florida, Jackson is a memberof the Sewell Family, a legacy within Martin County circles. He earned his bachelor’sdegree in integrated business from the University of Central Florida (UCF) andis currently pursuing a master’s in real estate development at Auburn University. Jackson is an active member ofprofessional organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, ICSC, andFL CCIM Chapter. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson inFlorida. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jackson enjoys golf, fishing,hunting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
