Jackson C. Sewell, III, is a commercial real estate analyst with Old Harbour Partners. Drawing on an extensive background in construction and development, he has played a role in numerous large industrial and multifamily projects across South Florida. At OHP, his focus is servicing our network of high net wealth individuals & family offices, coordinating with joint venture partners and Private Capital. Jackson brings a unique multi-disciplinary and entrepreneurial approach. He currently is underwriting Retail, Multifamily, and Industrial pursuits within the sunbelt states on behalf of Old Harbour Partners, and its Sponsors.
Prior to joining OHP, Jackson was an associate with the Johnston Group, a commercial real estate brokerage and development firm based in Jupiter, FL. During his time at Johnston Group, he assisted clients with property acquisitions and worked with municipalities on entitlements and site plan approval for luxury townhome developments. Before Johnston Group, Jackson was a Project Engineer with MJD Construction Services, Inc., a general contractor based in Palm City, FL. There Jackson helped to oversee the construction of multiple large industrial projects and assisted in the management of over 1 million square feet of space for several national tenants within Sands Commerce Center.
Jackson was born and raised in Palm City, Florida. The Sewell Family is a legacy within Martin County circles. He received a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida(UCF). Jackson is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, ICSC and FL CCIM Chapter. Sewell is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, spending time with family & friends.
